AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning models
• Work with large datasets for training and validation
• Implement deep learning solutions using TensorFlow/PyTorch
• Build data pipelines for ML workflows
• Optimize models for production deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Research and implement state-of-the-art ML algorithms

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in machine learning
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and mathematics
• Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML)
• Understanding of MLOps practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with NLP and computer vision
• Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
• Experience with model serving and deployment
• Published research papers or contributions to ML projects
• Experience with AutoML tools
