The Founders of Pirate Bay – Gottfrid Svartholm, Fredrik Neij, Peter Sunde and Carl Lundström were acquitted (Free from charge) by a Belgian court Thursday of charges alleging criminal copyright infringement and abuse of electronic communications.
Today they have little something to celebrate or one can say today’s victory represented a glimmer of good news for the cyber swashbuckling crew.
The Pirate Bay (commonly abbreviated TPB) is an online index of digital content of mostly entertainment media, founded in 2003, where visitors can search, download and contribute magnet links and torrent files, which facilitate peer-to-peer file sharing among users of the BitTorrent protocol.

All four defendants deny having had anything to do with the site since its reported sale to a Seychelles-based company called Reservella in 2006. That has proven problematic, since the period in which the four allegedly committed the crimes detailed in the Belgian case spans September 2011 and November 2013. Having failed to connect the quartet with the site’s operations during that period, the case has now fallen apart. Yesterday a judge at the Mechelse Court ruled that it could not be proven that the four were involved in the site during the period in question. Indeed, for at least a year of that period, Svartholm was in jail in Sweden while connecting Lundström to the site a decade after his last involvement (which was purely financial) has always been somewhat ridiculous.
Off-Course they are too many supporters of “The Pirate Bay Four “, as Pirate Bay is the world’s most famous torrent site of all time. People love Pirate Bay or say torrent sites because they share music, media and other files for free with peer to peer networking. Even one can find crack softwares ,books and movies there.
